CUSTOM RENOVATIONS
Income Property Redesign:
This project consisted of reconstructing a 40 year old home into a beautiful income property. While working on this project, we were required to work within an extremely tight timeline and budget. An entire basement apartment was developed while modernizing the upstairs level of the home. In addition to that, exterior contracting was completed to ensure the home was brought up to code. This renovation served as a great example of our dedication to our clients.
Two Story Home Renovation:
For this particular project, we had to redesign a gutted, outdated two story home to a modern family property. For this project, the client was interested in having a bright, open concept floorplan with unique finishing’s, giving it a very modernized look. This renovation serves as a great example of showcasing all of the services we offer, including interior design.
